Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our team in managing group travel arrangements for customers.
This role involves coordinating with suppliers to secure bookings, preparing and sending customer documentation, and ensuring all relevant deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of travel documents
* Coordinate customer booking information with external operators
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel arrangements
* Communicate final travel documentation to customers prior to departure
* Provide support for customer emergencies and group booking issues
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
