Urban Planner Opportunities
We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft proposals and provide high-quality advice to clients on land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans, and approval processes.
* Contribute to thought-leadership pieces that shape the future of cities and communities.
* Provide input into tenders and submissions for projects, working collaboratively with other professionals.
* Respond efficiently and clearly to internal and external clients.
* Work on strategic projects that will shape the future form and function of Brisbane SEQ and Queensland.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in urban planning or a related discipline are essential.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in statutory or strategic planning is desirable, ideally gained in a consultancy or state/local government environment.
* Strong capability in written and verbal communications and engagement with a variety of stakeholders.
* An appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
