Role Assistant Production Manager – Banjo’s Hobart

Banjo’s is currently looking for a disciplined and approachable Assistant Production Manager to join the Hobart team! Leading the Production Team, you’ll be producing high quality, freshly baked goods as well as assisting the Production Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who takes pride in their work – we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
- Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards
- Assist the Production Manager to manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering
- Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always secure at work
What We’re Looking For
- Confidence, with a positive attitude
- You take pride in your work
- Experience producing quality baked goods
- Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
- A team player, who loves a challenge
- A Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent
- Experience managing and supporting a team
- Willingness to grow with us
