We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Driftwood Restaurant & Bar, offering relaxed, poolside dining with fresh local produce and stunning river views.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely ordering, inspection, and stocking of all produce to support full catering service and minimize waste.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and flavour, with customer satisfaction as the core focus.
* Develop and cost new menus, oversee daily specials, and ensure compliance with menu standards and procedures.
As a leader in your field, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional results and providing guidance and coaching to your colleagues. If you have a proven track record in food safety, quality control, and customer service, we would love to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate
* Will have extensive experience in commercial kitchen management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
