We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing campaigns and manage the loyalty program. The ideal candidate will have exceptional understanding of brand and interest in fashion marketing trends, as well as experience in digital marketing and CRM with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement loyalty strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Own the calendar including point-based promotions, gifting and events.
* Plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including web, email, social & CRM to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
* Drive teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
* Possess an exceptional understanding of brand and interest in fashion marketing trends to drive ideation and innovation.
* Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM with experience in omnichannel retail preferred.
* Good understanding of automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
