About Business Operations Specialist role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to support operations management and compliance by providing assistance with routine issues and concerns related to relocation services, facilities operations, and administration. The role also involves performing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax, or other business objectives through collecting, processing, and distributing financial data.
Key responsibilities include:
* SUPPORTING OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
* FACILITIES OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION: Coordinating and managing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
* FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: Providing financial support by analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvements.
Required skills and qualifications:
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
* Business support/project management experience
* Previous experience in supply chain management/logistics/procurement (highly desirable)
