Job Description:
As a community mental health clinician, you will provide comprehensive clinical mental health services to people with mental illness or mental disorder. The role involves working collaboratively with consumers and carers to promote recovery principles in mental health service provision.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, or a related field, including eligibility for membership of the relevant professional body. They must also possess demonstrated skills in mental health assessments and interventions, as well as experience working with people with mental illness.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, or a related field
* Eligibility for membership of the relevant professional body
