Project Manager – Social & Affordable Housing

Prime Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction group delivering social housing, affordable housing, SDA, and medium-density residential projects across Victoria and South Australia.
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a growing pipeline of projects, ranging from major medium-density builds to smaller concurrent projects, with strong government and community partnerships.
What You'll Do
* Lead projects from pre-construction to completion
* Manage AS-based contracts, variations, EOTs, and commercial risk
* Build strong relationships with government, consultants, and authorities
* Mentor and guide Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators, and Site teams
* Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Oversee cost, program, risk, and performance reporting
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* 5–10+ years' experience in construction project management (Level 3–5 competency)
* Experience across social/affordable housing, SDA, medium-density or Tier 2/3 commercial projects
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable with regional travel and site-based work
* Collaborative, professional, and confident leader
