Duties and Responsibilities:

· General Demolition responsibilities ensuring all client expectations and targets are met accordingly.

· You identify the duties, equipment based on the scope of works.

· Ensure all necessary PPE is issued and worn to complete jobs safely.

· Develop and maintain good working relationships.

· You inspect the progress of the work, taking into account the specifications and planning drawn up.

· You check the quality of the work delivered.

· Performs other duties as directed.

Essential Requirements:

· You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

· You have a due sense of responsibility, are able to operate on a self-reliant basis.

· You have an eye for detail and are flexible in dealing with multiple duties.

· You work in a structured and meticulous way.

· You are adaptable in terms of travel distance and working hours.

· You have a valuable communication

· You are motivated and eager to learn.

· White Card (Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction)

· Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $78,000.00 – $91,000.00 per year
