Position: Solar and Battery Electrician

What You'll Do:
* Lead installations, maintenance, and optimisations of solar PV systems, battery storage, and smart energy setups for homes and businesses.
* Tackle complex electrical challenges, ensure top-tier safety and compliance (CEC accreditation), and mentor teams on-site.
* Step up as we grow – higher-rank electricians (A-Grade or equivalent) will have prime opportunities for promotions to supervisory or specialist roles.
* Install solar and battery systems on predominantly residential properties, service existing systems, and problem-solve issues to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* Licensed electrician with proven expertise in solar and battery technologies.
* Mastery of inverters, storage systems, grid connections, and emerging tech.
* A passion for innovation and AI – we'll train you on the rest if you're eager to level up.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused with a valid driver's license.

What We Offer:
* Premium salary: $130,000 - $160,000 base (commensurate with your elite skills).
