Accuracy is important, it’s essential for a job involving numbers and money, but getting it right can also be so rewarding, and will give you the feeling that you were able to contribute to supporting people live their best life.The role also includes the usual administration duties of data entry, working in spreadsheets and databases, filing and record keeping, and opportunities to assist with day-to-day financial administration.Experience in Accounts Payable functions.Bookkeeping experience with Certificate III or higher relevant qualifications.Analytical skills and problem solving.Reconciliation of financial accounts.Thorough understand of chart of accounts.Demonstrated understanding of creditor management and supplier credit facilities.Experience with Petty Cash and Credit Card general ledgers.High ability of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Good IT literacy including finance management systems, including MYOB and software.Working with Children (Blue Card) and Disability Services (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia.Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.Current Queensland Drivers Licence.Current Comprehensive Car Insurance.Valid Registered Car.Our Hiring Process:We value diversity and encourage candidates to be themselves, so simply click ‘APPLY’ with your resume and cover letter introducing yourself.
