Logistics and Customer Service Officer
Location: Wadeye. Status: Full-time ongoing. There is no accommodation supplied with this role.
About the Job
In this role you will support meetings and community activities by setting up venues, driving transport, supporting participants, and ensuring everything is ready and safe. This hands‐on job involves working in the community, assisting our team, and ensuring tasks are completed.
What you will be doing
* Help set up meetings and community events
* Drive people safely to meetings and activities
* Set up chairs, tables, and equipment; help with food and basic catering when needed
* Deliver messages and information to community members
* Keep places clean and safe before and after events
* Look after vehicles, trailers, and equipment
* Help with paperwork and attendance lists
What we are looking for
* Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
* Someone who works well with others and respects culture
* Good communication skills and ability to work with community
* Basic computer and admin skills
* Driver's licence (manual)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Able to work in local conditions and travel when needed
What we offer
* A base salary of $76,946 per annum plus 15% superannuation
* Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
o District allowance of up to $9,926 (DA4) per annum for individuals with dependents and $6,114 (DA3) without dependents
o Generous leave provisions: 5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave
