Job Details
The AEC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Test Specialist, Business Analyst or similar professional to act as a ServiceNow Quality Specialist for the Funding and Disclosure Reform (FAD) Program. The role will support the Program Test Manager and build quality team in defining and executing testing activities to support rapid rollout of ServiceNow business applications. The role will work across program and business teams to ensure ICT solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Advise multidisciplinary delivery teams and stakeholders on test and quality assurance practices
* Streamline validation and verification approaches to support accelerated delivery
* Define and execute Test Plans, Test Cases and reporting dashboards
* Refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and support business analysts
* Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
* Support integration and automation testing activities including API validation
Selection Criteria

Essential criteria
* Three or more years of experience working in a senior testing or BA role within large and complex digital transformation programs utilising ServiceNow applications, in either government or large commercial enterprise context. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology. Ability to manage competing project priorities and to build productive working relationships with stakeholders from multiple teams. Proficiency in the use of Agile project work management and collaboration tools including MS Azure DevOps. Experience in the use of test automation tools including Selenium, Playwright and native ServiceNow test automation capabilities. Sound technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its API-enabled integration within complex enterprise applications landscapes. Experience in working with ICT vendors and systems integrators in a government program delivery environment.
Desirable criteria
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as ICT, business, public administration. Expert knowledge of ICT project delivery and business operations models and associated procedures in government. Strong understanding of Australian Government regulatory policy frameworks and their enablement via implementation of ServiceNow applications.
