Job Overview:
As a Powder Coating Factory Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our powder coating operations by efficiently unloading and loading materials onto our coating lines. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently unload materials from the automatic line to be packed.
* Prepare materials for coating by cleaning and prepping surfaces as needed.
* Load materials onto coating lines according to production schedules and specifications.
* Monitor coating processes to ensure materials are coated evenly and according to quality standards.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Schedule:
This is a day shift
Monday through Thursday 7.00am-3.30pm and Friday 7am-1pm.
