They are currently looking for a new Contract Administrator to join their team, you would be site based, looking after all Contract Admin for a $27m+ retail build in Mandurah. The project is due to run until mid 2027.

Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying
* Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $10m+ as the Lead/Solo CA
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred
* Recent experience in commercial building
