Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 12+ months experience in industrial painting/blasting
- Experience with airless and conventional spray application
- Experience applying protective coating by brush and roller
- Surface preparation experience, including use of mechanical tools
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Other desirable skills/qualities:
- Trade certificate or relevant qualification
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and driven
- Experience working on mining, construction and infrastructure projects
