About the Role
We are seeking female aged care professionals to support elderly individuals within their local community. This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Domestic assistance, including meal preparation and light cleaning.
* Personal care services, such as grooming and showering.
* Community access to medical appointments and social activities.
* Support with tasks outlined by a healthcare professional.
* Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements:
* A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification.
* An Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant qualification and experience.
* Strong communication skills for building and maintaining positive relationships.
