Sales Administrator
We're looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support our VIC Sales team and keep sales activity, data and reporting running smoothly.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised and working across multiple priorities. You'll track opportunities, coordinate bids and tenders, maintain accurate data, and work closely with our Sales and Business Development Managers.
You'll play an important role in managing the CRM and sales pipeline, supporting tender activity, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure opportunities progress efficiently from enquiry through to submission.
How you'll contribute
* Manage CRM and pipeline data to ensure opportunities, clients and projects are accurate and up to date
* Support the movement of opportunities through the sales lifecycle, ensuring correct staging and data integrity
* Coordinate the administrative side of bids and tenders, including document collation, submission tracking and deadline management
* Prepare sales reports, dashboards and pipeline summaries for weekly and monthly reporting
* Provide day‐to‐day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and Business Development Managers
* Liaise with internal teams including estimating, design, marketing and operations to keep opportunities moving
* Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients
* Contribute to continuous improvement across sales administration, systems and reporting
About you
* Experience in sales administration or a similar role (ideally supporting B2B or project‐based teams)
* Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on clean, accurate data
* Confidence working with CRM systems and sales pipelines (Dynamics / Navision experience is a bonus)
* Excellent organisation and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* A collaborative, can‐do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
