Downer's Maintenance & ITS business is proud to be expanding its footprint across South Australia, delivering vital road and asset maintenance and construction services across the Barossa, Riverland and South East Regions, covering approximately 5,600 km of sealed road network. It's an exciting time to be part of a team that's delivering these critical works across the state.
We are looking to appoint a Network Inspector to undertake inspections of road assets across the region. In this role, you will assess asset condition, identify repairs, suggest appropriate treatments, and document findings. This role would suit someone who has a high regard for safety and quality.
Locations available: Loxton, Murray Bridge & Naracoorte
About you
* Demonstrated experience in working with road assets, bridges, culverts, signs and barriers preferred
* Current 'C' class license
* The ability to travel and work away from home for periods of time as required
* Current General Construction Induction card (preferred)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
* Proficiency with computers, including asset management systems
* Strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm culture
