About the role - TOMAKIN
Reporting directly to the Retail Store Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a highly successful fuel station and kitchen in TOMAKIN.
Your key duties will include:
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers
* Ensure the store, kitchen and forecourt is maintained to a professional and safe standard
* Keep up to date with promotions and products in the store
* Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
* Ensure the shop and kitchen are maintained to a professional standard
* Food handling and preparation
* Upsell products as part of the customer experience
What we're looking for
We're seeking an enthusiastic Roadhouse Attendant/Console Operator to join our team in TOMAKIN. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in food handling and preparation (essential)
* Experience in customer service and processing payments
* Availability to work a casual roster
* A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
* Ability to model the company values in your everyday role
