We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our testing strategy, planning, and executing our Workday Finance rollout, a project with real global impact.
Our Client is ASX-listed international transport and tourism provider, operating across Australia, Singapore, the UK, and the US. They are undertaking a significant transformation of our financial systems through the implementation of Workday Finance. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and successful go-live.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile project with global reach. Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead all testing activities across the Workday Finance program, working closely with stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the end-to-end testing strategy and test plans
* Define test governance, frameworks, and quality standards
* Coordinate UAT, SIT, and other test cycles
* Manage test resources, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
* Ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects
* Collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment and readiness
* Provide clear, timely reporting to executive stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in testing for corporate ERP or Workday programs
* Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM), and automation practices
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors in complex projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Availability to work on-site in Adelaide (hybrid model available); interstate candidates with strong Workday Finance expertise will also be considered
