Job Description:
We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Professional Housekeeper and Front Office Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy to the highest standards and for the efficient and friendly delivery of all communication services to guests.
Responsibilities
* Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting and replenishing amenities.
* Clean and maintain common areas such as reception, hallways and restrooms.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilised and stored.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
* Assist guests with any housekeeping-related inquiries or requests.
* Provide efficient and professional service and ensure a smooth check in and check out process for guests.
* Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and assure that the appropriate response is made.
* Enter data into the system.
* Ensure the smooth running of the reception desk.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, peak holidays and public holidays.
