About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Café Manager and Team Leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, supporting and upholding systems and procedures, overseeing daily operations, and motivating and leading by example.
You will also be required to deliver excellent customer service, handle cash and ensure accurate till management, and ensure compliance with OH&S standards.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing stock control and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with experience in a supervisory/management position in a similar fast-paced setting, strong communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and excellent organisational and time management abilities.
