About the Role
Casual - approx hours per week
As the Account Manager, you will be someone who can actively build awareness and accelerate business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, promoting services, and representing a brand within the community.
The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for our print shop
* Visit local businesses to introduce our printing, signage, and marketing services
* Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and appointments
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and effective communication
* Explore ways to expand the depth of the products and services offered to existing customers
* Support customer service, sales and marketing initiatives, and promotional activities as needed
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail in a fast paced environment
* A love of building strong relationships and driving engagement
* Motivation to be a self-starter, pro-active, and enjoys working in a team environment
* A positive "can do" attitude
* A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is essential
* Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, business development or similar roles will be highly regarded
* Experience and knowledge of the design and print industry will be an advantage, however is not necessary.
