As our clinical manager at our newly upgraded Malmsbury precinct, you will lead a dedicated team that helps young people in custody and community address the causes of their offending and empower them to make positive changes.
You will:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services that address complex behaviours and support reintegration.
* Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient resource use.
* Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
* Work collaboratively with partners and justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
* Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will be registered as a psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse or occupational therapist and have the following:
* Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
* Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention, ideally in a custodial or forensic context.
* The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across disciplines and cultures.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenging clinical situations.
* A passion for developing others and fostering a learning culture that supports evidence-based practice.
A current employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement.
