The Role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be supporting the HOD in all aspects of Property Management including:
* Liaising with tenants
* Respond to all phone and email inquiries
* Routines and Entry & Exits
* Managing maintenanceAdmin and other ad hoc duties as required
The Person
The ideal person for this Assistant Property Manager position will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
* Previous and recent experience in a similar role within real estate (MIN 6 months)
* Current NSW Assistant Agent Licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Whilst this agency supports and encourages career development, this is also a great role for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager that would prefer to stay in a supportive role, due to family or other commitments. Our client can be flexible for the right person!
