Based in Blackwater, you'll work with site teams, rebuild centres, OEM partners, and contractors to ensure machine rebuilds are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational goals.This role combines estimating, scheduling, and logistics management — perfect for someone who enjoys working with data and turning plans into smooth, efficient execution.Stand-Out ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate 0–3 month maintenance schedules for Mackellar rebuild centres and OEM partnersPrepare accurate budget estimates, BOMs, and Gantt charts for rebuild activitiesAnalyse actual vs estimated rebuild costs and drive continuous improvementManage transport and logistics of machines and components to/from sitesCollaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure resource availabilityMaintain rebuild database, labour planning, and lifecycle cost recordsAbout YouCert IV in Building & Construction (Estimating), Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Maintenance Fitter/Supervisor backgroundStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft toolsExperience with cost estimation, planning, and schedulingAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage timelinesStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyWhy Join Us?
