We also specialise in rental solutions for power generators, compressors, and temperature control systems. We are committed to providing our customers with the sustainable power they need, including leading the way for renewable energy with Cat Hybrid Energy Systems incorporating battery energy storage.
At Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), we keep the country moving. From powering major infrastructure projects to delivering reliable energy solutions for mining, construction, and industry—our IT team ensures our people stay connected and supported. We're now looking for a customer-focused IT Service Desk Specialist to join our Corporate Services team for a 12 months max term contract with a strong emphasis on servicing the West Coast.

What you'll be doing
* Delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to EPSA employees
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft platforms (Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
* Managing onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle projects
* Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying recurring issues
* Collaborating with IT colleagues to implement updates, patches, and security measures
* Ensuring all incidents and service requests are documented and resolved within SLA
* Communicating clearly and empathetically with users of all technical levels
* Owning issues through to resolution and being the IT advocate for users
* Demonstrating genuine care and commitment to customer service and adding real value
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience in IT support or service desk roles
* Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* Proven expertise in Microsoft environments and remote desktop tools
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
* Experience with SharePoint (advantageous)
