We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our National team as a Claims Consultant. Working in a team of Claims Specialists, you will be part of a supportive team pursuing excellence in customer service. As a Club Marine Claims Consultant, you will assist our customers when they need us most, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and delivering a professional and courteous experience to every customer.
Responsibilities
* Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
* Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries
* Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience
* Deliver a high level of customer service at all touch points
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base
* Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities
* Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts
* High attention to detail with thoroughness and accuracy
* Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
* General knowledge of boats will be highly regarded
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
