**Essential**:
- Proven experience in a Reception role
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Customer service
- General administration
- Support to shared services staff as required
- A diverse range of client focused duties
- Building Maintenance & Security - including access pass registration and any building maintenance issues / queries
- Providing assistant to our Administrative teams with scanning and processing of ASIC and ATO correspondence
- Database maintenance
- Answering all incoming calls and responding to general enquires
- Providing detailed, accurate and timely messages to all staff
- Managing the reception desk including greeting of all clients
- Maintaining the reception area by ensuring it is of a professional standard at all times
- Understanding common problems
- Preparing and serving tea and coffee to clients as required
- Maintaining stock of prepaid satchels for deliveries and negotiating rates for interstate & local deliveries
- Incoming - receiving all incoming packages/items, following procedures
- Outgoing - prepare outgoing mail throughout the day
