Showroom Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our luxury womenswear team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a natural ability to welcome and host, and a proven track record in sales leadership.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, sales-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. They will lead a team of professionals, inspiring and motivating them to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Key responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Provide an exceptional shopping experience; nurture client relationships and grow the retail database; train and develop team members in effective client engagement strategies to drive sales.
Wardrobe Curation & Sales Expertise: Use elevated language to enhance consultations and promote sales; train and mentor team members in wardrobe curation techniques to boost sales performance.
Showroom Presentation, Operations & Sales Targets: Maintain the luxury brand aesthetic of the boutique; ensure a well-organized inventory and streamlined order fulfillment; develop and implement training programs for staff on operational procedures and standards.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team, fashion retail experience, team management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
