About The Role You will be accountable for reviewing and executing supply plans to align to demand forecasts and deliver against the Inventory strategy to meet demand and stock goals, deliver the most cost-effective inventory levels to meet sales demand and customer expectations, minimise back orders and meet & exceed Stock Availability KPI’s. What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for Supply Planning: Review and complete accurate supply forecasts for the portfolio, review and resolve variances between supply forecasts and supplier capacity, lead times, critical path plans working closely with the Sourcing team. Responsible for Purchase Order Management: Review and complete the placement of all purchase orders in the portfolio ensuring validation of supplier capacity, lead times, pricing and MOQ. Ensure all Purchase Orders raised meet into DC timeline requirements, manage all PO changes, review and communicate all issues Consulted on Inventory Management: Support the Supply Planning Lead in the review and reporting of the stock position, purchase flow to support inventory performance, stock availability and inventory KPI’s Consulted on Supplier Management and Coordination: Support the Supply Planning Lead and Sourcing team in the management of key supplier relationships, provide suppliers forecasts as required. Review and action any data management, capacity planning, MOQ working closely with the Sourcing team for the portfolio Consulted on Continuous Improvement: Support the Supply Planning Lead in continual review of processes and ways of working for the portfolio For Our Senior Roles: You Will have a greater depth and experience in knowledge, customer needs and decision making. Responsible to be the first point of call for troubleshooting, problem solving and general escalations for the team.
