ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for Senior andPrincipal Power Systems Engineers to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you'll drive technical excellence across a range of power system studies using tools likePSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim .
You'll bring your expertise inend-to-end grid connection processes, guiding the technical delivery of complex studies and ensuring seamless integration with the grid. Your experience withgenerator performance standardsand a deep understanding ofSchedule 5 of the NERwill be key to your success.

ABOUT YOU
You're a driven and experienced professional with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space. Ideally, you'll bring:
* A degree (or higher) inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
* Senior-Principal level experiencedelivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects—ideally across design, build, and commissioning phases
* A strong focus onhealth, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), with a knack for inspiring teams and driving great results—both commercially and for our clients
* Great people skills—you know how to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and work with customers and senior stakeholders to find the best way forward
* Chartered status with Engineers AustraliaandRPEQ registration(or you're actively working towards it and keen to get there)
