**About the Role**
As an ICT Account Manager at DiGiCOR, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional delivery of tailored IT solutions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams to provide a seamless experience from initial consultation through to solution implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients across Australia and New Zealand.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a trusted advisor status with decision-makers and executives within client organisations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of tailored solutions.
- Be the key person to handle the preparation and presentation of proposals, RFPs, and tenders.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and senior leadership on strategic sales planning.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in enterprise computing, data storage, and IT services.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in ICT sales or account management, preferably in enterprise hardware or managed services.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end ICT sales cycle including tenders and complex solution delivery.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
