This is an exciting opportunity to develop business strategies for a complete portfolio of electrical solutions, including industrial automation, motors, motor control, and low-voltage power distribution products.

As a Sales Development professional, you will work towards promoting IPD's full range of solutions to various stakeholders, including end users, contractors, and system integrators in Western Australia.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and will be based at the Welshpool office. You will collaborate with local and national teams for resource allocation and contribute positively to monthly sales and project pipeline meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
- At least 3 years of sales experience within the Industrial Automation/Electrical sector.
- Engineering capability and supporting qualifications within the Industrial Automation/Electrical sector are highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and sales-focused individual with excellent communication skills.

- A collaborative team player with strong written communication and presentation skills.
">
- Experienced in developing and executing sales strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
">
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to value-based solution selling.
