Job Description:
Access Psych offers a comprehensive range of mental health support services to address a wide variety of mental health issues and concerns.

Our team of expert mental health professionals works collaboratively with clients, medical professionals, and allied health professionals to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with their communities.
As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
* Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with their communities;
* Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Registration as an AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
* Qualification as a Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
* Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
* Permanent residency in Australia;
* Passion for improving lives through work and health;
