About the role
Vinova are working with a leading business in the energy and infrastructure sector.
This position reports directly to Executive Leadership and partners with project directors, commercial teams, planning, procurement, and client-side executives.
You'll guide engineering managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure consistent delivery, governance, and alignment with organisational objectives.
Duties
Set engineering strategy and drive technical direction across programs
Lead senior engineering managers and develop capability across the function
Oversee engineering governance, quality, risk and design assurance frameworks
Resolve high-level technical issues and ensure alignment with organisational goals
Skills / experience
Background leading engineering or multi-disciplinary technical teams
Experience delivering complex projects in power, renewables or heavy infrastructure
Understanding of engineering governance, risk and quality frameworks
Degree in engineering (electrical preferred), postgraduate desirable
Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
