Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.The RoleThe Solutions Consultant is a key member of the MRI Occupier Professional Services (PS) Team, working alongside their project management and consulting colleagues to ensure the success of a client’s MRI Manhattan and Centerstone implementations.The Consultant is responsible for ensuring that the designated work package(s) are delivered on budget and timescale to a satisfactory level of quality. The consultant will be able to manage a varied portfolio of work and will need strong organizational skills to ensure that they can manage multiple work streams. The role can vary from a shorter out of the box implementation of weeks through to a multiyear enterprise project with bespoke workshopping, build and design documentation and enhancement specification, testing and delivery. Travel may be required for some of the projects.Working closely with clients requires our consultants to be excellent communicators, whether to individuals or teams. We expect the consultant to be able to present ideas and content in a dynamic and engaging manner. Alongside this, our consultants need to be able to manage and communicate clearly around project issues.Our consultants must be keenly aware of our clients' key drivers, and able to build a relationship with the client team across the life of the project that goes beyond implementation to full adoption of the system.Where possible we encourage our consultants to demonstrate and continue to develop their industry knowledge in order to better understand our clients' needs and make recommendations.You WillThe Solutions Consultant is involved in all phases of client solution implementations and will lead and/or participate in the following activities.Analyze customer business requirements and objectivesParticipate in the development of project implementation plan and scheduleWork with client and other consultants to document solution requirements, functional and technical specifications that meet customer configuration, reporting, customization and integration requirements.Perform configuration of products according to approved design documentsCreate test plans and conduct testing of solutionsAssist with Maintenance Workflow/Preventative Maintenance as well (for PLC)Create user documentation/training materials and conduct training on the solutionProvide first level consulting and solution support for clients during active implementationsAssist with data conversion and integrationCreate solution documentation and training materialsCommunicate / resolve project issues that may impact the project’s successProvide remote and onsite operational support, problem determination and resolutionSubmit accurate weekly status reports, timesheets and expense reportsPerforms other duties as requiredYou HaveThe ideal candidate has 3-4 years of consulting experience as well as an understanding of the real estate, facilities or workplace management domains.
