THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a driven Sales Agent to join our growing team and take ownership of our residential sales pipeline.
This is your chance to combine your passion for sales with a premium product that genuinely excites customers.
You'll manage the full sales cycle - from first contact through to contract signing - converting homeowner leads into dream backyard projects.
A primary focus of this role will be supporting the growth of our exciting new DreamHoops brand alongside our established Dream Courts product range.
Working closely with our operations, design, and customer service teams, you'll deliver a premium sales experience that reflects our brand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Proactively convert residential leads into confirmed projects
Drive sales growth for our new DreamHoops brand and Dream Courts product range
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to signed contract
Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our premium solutions
Accurately manage all opportunities and customer interactions in Salesforce
Coordinate with operations, design, and site inspection teams to build tailored proposals
Ensure seamless information flow between Salesforce and Monday.com
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness
Provide an exceptional, transparent customer experience at every touchpoint
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Consistently converting qualified leads to sales
Achieving strong deal values and maintaining healthy profit margins
Responding promptly to new enquiries and maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle
Keeping CRM data accurate and up-to-date
Receiving positive customer feedback and building long-term relationships
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Demonstrated sales success with proven wins on the board
Strong ability to build rapport and close deals
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
(B2C or residential sales experience preferred, but we're open to all sales backgrounds - we want to see results)
