About The Role
In this role, you'll work on data analysis, migration and other data related activities for Implementation projects and contribute to design and architecture deliverables.

What You'll Do
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and project team members to define, document, and communicate data migration requirements and related business rules, including facilitating walkthroughs with stakeholders to validate and obtain approvals.
* Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of data migration processes, including source-to-target mapping, data convergence, cleansing, validation, synchronisation, and supporting data migration across legacy, staging, and target systems.
* Conduct data migration testing, reconciliation, and exception reporting, while identifying data quality issues and recommending remediation actions.
* Identify and recommend improvements to data governance and data management practices, processes, and standards to enhance the effectiveness of data migration activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis across multi-system data convergence and migration projects, including at least five years' experience gathering and documenting data requirements, defining data migration business rules, and developing complex data mappings.
* Strong analytical capability, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and share large volumes of information accurately across project teams and stakeholders, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Experience working within established project or program management frameworks, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively in team environments with high-priority deliverables, including the ability to guide and transfer knowledge to project team members.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
* Experience analysing spatial data and using Esri GIS software, including ArcGIS Online.
* Proficient with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bitbucket (Git), and Confluence.
* Experience applying Enterprise Architect data modelling methodology.
