About the Role
As the Cleaning & Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning and accommodation operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance. You'll lead a diverse team, manage budgets and supplies, and drive continuous improvement across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accommodation and cleaning services to ensure consistent operational excellence
Establish and manage stock control systems, orders, and supply processes
Develop and maintain staff rosters to meet operational requirements
Respond to member enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare regular performance and operational reports
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within cleaning, accommodation, or facilities services
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)
Certification in cleaning management or a related discipline (advantageous)
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and accommodation
Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering quality service
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check)
