Lead Night Shift Hotel Operations
To excel in this leadership role, you will oversee hotel operations during the night shift. Your key objective is to ensure the property's safety and security while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct the night audit and oversee financial controls such as revenue auditing, accounts payable, credit card transactions, and purchasing policies
* Collaborate with hotel management to monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies
* Maintain hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures
* Assist in checking in late-arriving and early-departing guests, providing a high level of service
