**The Position**
- Process payments and event registrations within an appropriate time frame
- Post receipts and event registration packs by end of day
- Respond to other donor queries in a professional, courteous manner
- Complete the donor thank you process to an appropriate standard
- Follow up on declined transactions within 24 hours
- Other adhoc administration duties.
- Customer Service/Call Centre experience
- Good attention to detail, fast and accurate typing speed
- Strong organisational
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
- Highest level of professionalism
- Available to commence ASAP
