What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
* Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Salary and Benefits
* Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,915.20 per year (Junior Rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
* Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM; 25% for Saturday; 100% for Sunday; 150% for public holidays.
* 12% superannuation included plus 12% Superannuation plus 10% Variable Remuneration (eligibility determined by plan rules).
* The first 2 months may be guaranteed while onboarding.
