About The Role
This role will support the corporate Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administration activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), timesheet administration and general finance support. This will look like:
* Set up and maintain supplier and subconsultants records, including bank detail checks
* Process supplier invoices with correct coding and approvals, and respond to AP queries
* Process and allocate daily cash receipts
* Process employee and office expenses, including credit card transactions, in line with company policies
* Process employee timesheets and follow up on missing entries
* Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
* Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
About You
We are looking for someone that has prior experience in a similar role, alongside:
* Strong knowledge and experience in general ledger reconciliation
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with ERP systems preferred (Deltek Vantagepoint would be advantageous)
* Strong numerical and analytic skills with high attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet strict deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Takes ownership of tasks
