About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator you'll play a vital role in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of every child. You'll be part of a collaborative professional team that's making a meaningful difference in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality care with a strong focus on safety, health and wellbeing.
* Design and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 (EYLF).
* Lead and contribute to team discussions on child development using your expertise to enhance learning outcomes.
* Build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Maintain a clean, safe and engaging environment that supports every child's growth and development.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, nurturing and ready to make an impact. To be successful you will have:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or be actively working towards one.
* Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF V2.0.
* A collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a deep appreciation for family engagement.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar setting.
* A current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People/Child Related Activity.

Days and Position Hours
Monday to Friday; part‐time minimum 30 hours per week.
