CSI operations in Western Australia and Queensland.We are seeking Fixed Plant Operatorsto join our team for current and future opportunities.These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.Key Responsibilities:Fixed plant operating duties, working with crushers, balance machines, train load outGeneral inspections, hosing and housekeeping (please note, hosing aspect of the work scope requires manual handling of up to 40kg)Working with trades during shutdowns and breakdowns, Maintaining rollers, skirts and other fixed plant equipmentReport any faults, hazards or incidents through hazard card reporting to your Supervisor.General housekeeping of assets.What is required:Demonstrated safety commitmentFlexible and versatile attitudeCurrent Australian Driver's License (HR License preferred)Production Mining experience on Dump Trucks CAT777, CAT785 and/or CAT789.Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)Working at Heights (desirable)What we offer:Full-time positionsFIFO from PerthCompetitive rates – plus quarterly bonuses!Access to MinRes employee benefit program – including MinRes MyShare PlanAbout Our ProcessAt Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
