Job Description
* Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management reports to support business decisions.
* Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and drive improvements.
* Support junior finance team members.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans and investment appraisals.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Management Accountant Must Have
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA.
* Strong experience as a Management Accountant within the FMCG, retail, or consumer industry.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, commercially minded, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
