As part of a growing group of independent publishers, we are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated professional to join us.
This full-time position is based in Mildura.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities
Provide expert advertising advice and create tailored media schedules to meet client needs
Develop sales proposals and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
Conduct telemarketing and face-to-face meetings with clients to build strong, long-term relationships
Research and identify strategic marketing opportunities for local businesses
Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth execution in both print and digital platforms
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in media, marketing and the advertising industry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client rapport
Confidence in both face-to-face and phone sales (experience is an advantage, but not essential)
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving results and providing outstanding client service
An eye for design and creativity in developing advertising solutions
