Lead Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Specialist This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of intensive, specialized support services across the Shoalhaven and Goulburn regions. * You will have the chance to build a brand-new team, including Care Coordinators and Peer Workers whose lived experience will be central to the program's success. * A strong grounding in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice and a commitment to valuing lived experience will be essential to building trust and fostering genuine connection. This role requires a degree in Psychology/ Social Work or other relevant degree, with minimum three years' experience within suicide prevention and recovery. You should also have demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a complex service delivery setting. The successful candidate will have familiarity with PHN Minimum Data Set (MDS) reporting and using data for program improvement and compliance. A working knowledge of the ACI Universal Aftercare model would be valuable given the peer-informed nature of the service. Additional requirements include demonstrable ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, previous experience in budget and financial management, and a Current Driver's Licence.
